Food Hygiene Training will be running an EHOA (Environmental Health Officers’ Association) certified course in Primary Food Safety on Tuesday 12th March 2013 and Tuesday 19th March in the Loughrea Hotel and Spa, Loughrea, Co. Galway. This course is aimed at all food workers to provide them with adequate training in the basic principles of food safety. The course consists of a minimum of 8 hours tuition followed by an assessment of 1 hour’s duration. On completion of the course successful candidates are awarded a certificate from the Environmental Health Officers’ Association. The course is interactive, focusing on learners needs. It comprises of a flash media presentation, DVD, textbook and learner’s workbook. Date: Tuesday 12th March 2013 Time: 10:00 – 15:00 Date: Tuesday 19th March 2013 Time: 10:00 – 16:00.
