Based in Loughrea, Co. Galway, Marie-Therese Sweeney (BSc) has over 20 years experience working in the food industry.
In addition to providing training and consultancy services to food businesses in the west of Ireland we utilise a network of trainers and consultants to offer nationwide training, consultancy and auditing services.
Marie-Therese is an IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors) registered auditor and audits to the following standards:
- Excellence Ireland Quality Association (EIQA) Q Mark for Hygiene and Food Safety
- Excellence Ireland Quality Association (EIQA) Q Mark for Quality Management Systems
- Bord Bia Horticulture Quality Assurance Schemes
